Every person on ROKTO is either someone in a frightening moment or someone offering to help. Treat everyone with compassion and respect.

Honesty

• · Post only genuine blood requests and genuine reviews.
• · Never impersonate a patient, donor, hospital or blood centre.
• · Never use the platform to ask for money for blood.

Respect donors

• · Donors are volunteers. They are not obligated to respond to every request.
• · Do not pressure, harass or repeatedly contact a donor.
• · Thank your donor — a small message of gratitude keeps the community alive.

Report problems

Use the report button on any suspicious request or review. Reporting fraudulent requests protects real patients and real donors.
