Voluntary and non-remunerated donation: blood donation through ROKTO must always be voluntary and unpaid.
Privacy and confidentiality: donor details are shown only according to the consent they have given.
No buying or selling blood: any attempt to buy, sell or charge for blood or donor contact is strictly prohibited.
No fake or misleading blood requests: posting false requests wastes donors' time and endangers real patients.
Responsible use of donor contact information: contact donors only about the specific blood need, and never share their details further.
Respectful communication: be polite and honest with donors, recipients and volunteers.
Report fraudulent requests: use the report button on any suspicious request or review.
Account and personal data protection: keep your login private and request account deletion whenever you wish.
Medical eligibility and donation intervals: always follow the intervals and guidance of qualified medical professionals.
