The platform

ROKTO is a blood donor connection platform. We connect voluntary donors with people searching for blood. We do not collect, store, test, process, or transfuse blood — that must always happen through authorised blood centres and qualified medical professionals.

Your responsibilities

• · Provide accurate information in your donor profile and blood requests.
• · Never post fake, duplicate or misleading blood requests.
• · Never buy, sell or charge for blood or donor contact details.
• · Use donor contact information only for the specific blood need, respectfully.

No guarantees

Donors are volunteers and are not obligated to respond to every request. ROKTO does not guarantee blood availability, donor response, or medical compatibility. Medical eligibility is always determined by trained medical personnel.

Moderation

We may moderate, hide or remove reviews, requests or accounts that break these terms, and act on reports from the community.
